I just got back from my youth group winter retreat in Cascade Idaho. It was so much fun that I wish it lasted longer. On the way there we had a freeze off, which is basically where we rolled down all the windows in the car (at 9 degrease Fahrenheit) for like two minutes. Once we got to the cabin, the snow was so deep it was up to your knees!
Inside the cabin there was a siting room and to your left a dinning room and a kitchen to your right. There was also another room to your right which was where the boys slept. They said we were like sardines. Our sleeping bags were going from wall to wall and there were ten boys sleeping in that room(but me and another kid where on different couches) And by the sitting area there were stairs. Up the stairs was where the girls slept. It was a lot of fun. We stayed up until one thirty and got up at like seven something.
That night we had an introduction to the study we were going to do. It was about faith and how faith affects you.The gospel means good news so the bible is Gods good news. Faith affects our actions after receiving the good news. Now that is only the short version of the long story but that study really spoke to me. It is one of my favorite parts about the trip.
The next day we woke up and wanted to get out and go play in the snow. Finally we were able to, and all of us went to this sledding mountain. It was the biggest sledding mountain I had ever seen! It was so much fun. By the second time going up it you were worn out it, was that big! We were there for about 4 hours then after, we ate (which was at like two) some of us went back to the cabin (I was among those who went back.)
Afterward we all hung out and played in the snow again much later (after the rest of the group had time to warm up again) and then came inside and had dinner and played card and board games. Later, at midnight, it was lights out and the next morning we woke up, packed, had breakfast and cleaned the cabin. Then we hit the road!
We got back at about three thirty and I was pooped! But I had so much fun! I think that the entire youth group grew closer. I had so much fun i can’t wait till we do it again!

Last Week was quite the busy week. I was so tired, that by Sunday I took a nap while my cousins were here. (Which for me to take a nap is unusual but specially while they are here.) It all started on Thursday when I went to the Hussy’s house to stay the night. We played a little, then watch Star Wars episode 5. (As written in the Hussy’s blog)
Then the next morning we woke up and went to the local christen radio station K.T.S.Y. for a field trip planned by Mariah for our co-op. After I went home and rested for a while, when in some unexpected way I end up going over to my friend, Addison’s house for the night. My cousin Julienne was spending the night there too with his sister Carolyn.
The next day I go over to the Hussy’s house again (And by this time it was Saturday) to play all day. I was there till 10:00pm (not including the summer time change) And we played hard! We were at this park across the street from their house almost the whole time.
And then the next day I’m back at my house, but my dad and Mariah have to wake me up at 8:00 (but it felt like 7:00 due to time change) for church. Then at 1:00 ( I had not eaten any lunch yet so I was really hungry) my cousins came over and we saw each other again. But (at least I) didn’t do to much.
In the end I had fun but was as tired as heck.
We’ll keep you posted.On other busy week’s or day’s.

My Grandma Carol’s birthday is on the 19th of February so, we threw a surprise birthday party for her. It was a big success. She had no idea we were planning it or doing it. We also had a bigger surprise up our sleeve. Her mom (my great grandma) came with her sister (my Aunt Mary) and (my second cousin). She was so happy that she cried :[ But then she of course had fun.
Then the next day we went to

So I took yet a different football and it got stuck to…just kidding. I got the second one down and let the first blow down last night and it did. I think it’s really cool that we have small areas of snow to play in but we don’t really need a jacket to play at side.

Me and Ty had some good (clean) fun together.I was feeding him yogurt on the kitchen counter by the sink when we started playing with the bubbles in the sink. I was blowing them at him and he loved it. I also made a beard and acted like Santa Clause. He just laughed and laughed and he liked it so much. We are working on adding a video, keep checking back to see. See Ya
